The Leganitos and Miraflores neighborhoods are among the most bustling areas in the town center, due to their proximity to the municipal market, Guardia Civil police station, and the Río Huelo sports complex.

Work on refurbishing the Salduba facility in Marbella, including the installation of a new glass roof, has surpassed the halfway mark and is currently 60 percent finished.

The project will impact eleven beach access points in the town, as well as improve 200 square meters of paving and 60 meters of ramps.

The project includes paving with asphalt, installing lighting, and removing undergrowth.

Due to the presence of health facilities, supermarkets, and shops, the area surrounding Avenida José Manuel Vallés has a dense population and experiences a high volume of foot traffic.
