British Biker Gang Member Arrested in Spain for Immigration Law Violation
A British national, known for his affiliation with a notorious biker gang, has been apprehended by the Spanish National Police for violating the country’s immigration laws. The arrest took place in Marbella, a city known for its luxurious resorts and vibrant nightlife.
Expulsion Order Issued by Malaga Government
The British man was subject to an expulsion order, issued by the subdelegation of the Malaga government. The order was initiated by the local foreigners office and the police force in Marbella. As per the order, the man was prohibited from entering Spain and all countries that are part of the Schengen Convention.
Member of the Infamous ‘One Percenters’ Gang
The arrested individual is a member of the infamous ‘one percenters’ gang. This gang is allegedly composed of the 1% of the club’s motorcyclists who consider themselves above the law. The gang is linked to serious crimes including drug-trafficking, prostitution, homicide, arms trafficking, extortion, and assault. The man is known for his active social media presence where he openly flaunts his association with the gang.
Investigation and Arrest
The investigation was initiated by the local foreigners office in Marbella, following the opening of a case for infringement of immigration law. After conducting several inquiries, the police investigators were able to locate the offender’s address. The man, who has previous convictions for various crimes, was arrested on 3 February under the existing expulsion order.
Deportation to the UK
The offender was deported from Malaga Airport to the UK within less than 48 hours of his arrest. This swift action demonstrates the efficiency of the Spanish authorities in dealing with such cases.
