The incident occurred around 1pm on Monday, 3rd June, on Avenida Alfonso de Hohenlohe. However, instead of complying with the officers, the man stepped on the gas and fled the scene, triggering a police chase. During his attempted escape, the fugitive caused damage to three civilian cars, a police patrol vehicle, and a bus. He also damaged a traffic light and several road signs.
