Marbella Frontenis Club Shines at Open in Jaén

The Marbella Frontenis Club attended the Open held in Jaén with a strong representation. The club has achieved excellent results during its participation in the first Open of the Andalusian Frontenis Circuit for School Age.

Marbella Club Dominates the Competition

In the event organized by the Ciudad de Jaén Club, the Marbella team secured three first places and several more silver and bronze medals, confirming itself as one of the great Andalusian nurseries of this sport. Last weekend, the city of Jaén hosted the celebration of the first Open of the Andalusian Frontenis Circuit for School Age. The Marbella Frontenis Club attended with a wide representation of players from its nursery.

Marbella Club Tops the Podium in Three Categories

The Marbella club managed to reach the top of the podium in three different categories. In the mixed youth frontenis category, Rubén Pestana and Carolina Santos triumphed over their team mates Lucía Agüero and Sergio Sánchez, who came second. Pestana also managed to win the gold medal in the mixed youth rubber palette category, with Lucía Agüero taking second place.

More Victories for Marbella Club

In mixed youth frontenis, Cristian Rodríguez, along with Saúl Moya (Alhama Ball Club), achieved victory and added a new gold medal for the Marbella entity. The Marbella Frontenis Club also added three more second places thanks to Fran Álvarez and Sebastián Dávila (mixed pre-Olympic youth), Cristian Rodríguez and Lucía Pérez (mixed pre-Olympic youth) and Luca Agüero and Raúl Márquez (mixed pre-Olympic youth).

Marbella Club Secures Bronze Medal

Finally, another Marbella pair managed to reach the podium by winning the bronze medal. Cristian Rodríguez and Lucía Pérez achieved third place in the mixed youth frontenis category. In fourth place, just missing the podium were Natalia Córdoba and Alicia Rueda.

Marbella Club Acknowledges Outstanding Performances

The club also wants to highlight the great Open that Samuel Rodríguez, Rocío Pestana, Alba Toscano, Pablo Agüero, Ezequiel Ceballos and Daniel De Arce also performed.
