Rock Band from San Pedro Alcántara Makes History on “La Voz Kids”

For the first time in the history of the television show “La Voz Kids”, a rock band has participated and managed to impress all four coaches. The band, consisting of six young individuals from San Pedro Alcántara, triumphed in the blind auditions of the Antena 3 show on Saturday night. They ultimately chose to join David Bisbal’s team.

First to Perform in the New Season of “La Voz Kids”

The band was the first to take the stage in the new season of “La Voz Kids”, which kicked off with the usual blind auditions of young artists. They appeared without a name, simply as “Rock Band”, making them the first band in the history of the show. After their successful audition, they will now continue their journey as part of David Bisbal’s team.

Young Rockers Aged Between 8 and 13

The band members, all boys from San Pedro Alcántara, range in age from 8 to 13 years old and are students of the Rock Factory school. During their introduction, they confidently stated that the coaches would be thrilled when they heard them perform.

Impressive Performance of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good”

On stage, they performed Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good”, which won over the coaches. Rosario Flores, Lola Índigo, and David Bisbal turned their chairs immediately, and Melendi followed suit. Rosario expressed her excitement, praising the band for their live music in an era of programmed sounds.

High Praise from the Coaches

Lola Índigo predicted that the band could win “La Voz Kids”, while Bisbal was simply blown away by their performance. In the end, the young rockers from San Pedro Alcántara chose to join the team of the singer from Almería. Bisbal suggested they perform a rock version of “Ave María”.

Band Named “Minuto y medio”

To conclude, the band and the coaches decided on the name “Minuto y medio” for the band. This marks a significant milestone for the Rock Factory school, showcasing the incredible musical talent of their young students.
