Strong Start to the Season for Hidalgo

Ángel Hidalgo is off to a good start this season, as confirmed by his fifth-place finish at the Jonsson Workwear Open held at the Glendower Golf Club in Dowerglen, South Africa. Hidalgo displayed a very solid game throughout the four days of competition, entering the final day with a chance of winning and proving that he has started the season on the DP World Tour at a high level.

Hidalgo’s Journey in the South African Course

Hidalgo began his journey on the South African course with a good first day, finishing with 67 strokes and ending up in tenth place, thus putting himself in contention for the final victory. The Marbella golfer would step up his game on the second day of competition, finishing the course with 64 strokes (-8) to jump to third place and just two strokes off the lead.
