Marbella’s Vôvem Restaurant to Host Gastronomic Week
The renowned Marbella eatery, Vôvem, is set to reignite its Gastronomic Week, aptly named Seven Days of Delight. Nestled in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, this culinary extravaganza will feature six unique menus, each designed to demonstrate that Vôvem is more than just a grill. The event promises to elevate the dining experience with dishes that bear the distinctive Vôvem touch, where chefs masterfully manipulate fire to create plates bursting with a rich, smoky flavour.
Seven Days of Delight: A Daily Culinary Adventure
The Gastronomic Week kicks off on Monday, 8 April, with a menu that encapsulates the essence and character of Asador Vôvem. The following day, diners can look forward to a Surf and Turf menu, featuring a variety of beef, fish, and seafood dishes meticulously prepared by Chef Enzo Diaz.
Fusion Cuisine and a Taste of Spain
On Wednesday, 10 April, the Nippón rotisserie menu will offer a fusion of Vovêm and Japanese cuisine, crafted by chefs Enzo Diaz and Alejandro Salido. The next day, the restaurant will take patrons on a culinary journey through Spain, showcasing the country’s major cattle breeds such as Ternera Retinta, Buey Gallego, and Ternera Avileña, among others.
Global Meat Selection and Andalusian Specialties
Friday’s Asador Nippón menu will be followed by a Meat of the World menu on Saturday, offering a global tour of various meat types. The week-long gastronomic event will conclude on Sunday with a menu dedicated to Andalusian gastronomy, featuring a series of signature dishes from the region. All wines served during the event will be sourced from Spanish wineries.
