Marbella FC Launches Campaign to Boost Attendance for Estepona Match
Marbella FC is keen on creating a vibrant atmosphere in the stands for the upcoming match against Estepona. The club has launched a campaign on Monday aimed at increasing the number of spectators at the Dama de Noche field for the neighborhood derby against Estepona. The campaign targets season ticket holders, who will be able to purchase a ticket for a companion. The goal is to create the best possible atmosphere for the team’s return home after four away matches.
Return to Home Ground After January Challenges
After a challenging January, where the team had to face four consecutive away matches, it’s time to return to the familiar white-and-blue home ground. The match won’t be just any game, as it carries the inherent rivalry of a derby against neighbors CD Estepona. Therefore, Marbella FC is aiming to gather as many fans as possible and has launched a promotional campaign.
Special Ticket Offer for Season Ticket Holders
The club is reaching out to its season ticket holders, allowing them to purchase a companion ticket for a general price of 15 euros and a child ticket (5 to 11 years) for 10 euros. Tickets can be purchased at the Luis Teruel field from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. The ticket sale will continue until the venue reaches its full capacity. However, it’s unclear whether the club will sell tickets to Estepona supporters.
Alejandro Carrascal Leaves Marbella FC
Also on Monday, Marbella FC mutually agreed to terminate the contract with center-back Alejandro Carrascal, who will no longer be part of the squad. The player has been injured for some time and has struggled to recover, leading the club to release him and free up a senior spot for a new signing. Carrascal was only a starter in the first league match and last played on November 4, at the Racing Cartagena Mar Menor field. He was the third signing for this season and leaves after participating in five league matches and a Copa del Rey match against Racing de Ferrol.
Marbella FC Has Two Free Slots for New Signings
Currently, Marbella FC has two free slots, one for a player over 23 years old and another for a player under that age. This winter market has seen the departures of Toni, Utrilla, Iker Muñoz, and now Carrascal. Earlier, Víctor Vázquez had left the squad.
