Marbella Table Tennis Club Shines in Andalusian Circuit
The Marbella Table Tennis Club has added two more podium finishes to its tally in the final Andalusian Circuit of the season, held in Huércal. The young Emmanuel Pupins Benji secured a bronze medal in the junior category, while veteran player Paco Folch clinched the runner-up position in the veterans’ category.
Young Talent and Veteran Skill Bring Success
The Marbella club was represented in the final Andalusian Circuit of the season, held in Huércal, where they managed to secure two new medals, despite only having three players in attendance. Young Emmanuel Pupins Benji managed to secure a bronze in the junior category. Benji is undoubtedly one of the club’s rising stars, as he has shown the ability to compete for medals in just a few months.
Paco Folch: A Pillar of the Marbella Club
The other medal for the Marbella delegation was won by Paco Folch. The veteran player from the Marbella Table Tennis Club was declared the runner-up in his category, confirming his status as one of the greats in this sport.
Marbella Players in Andalusian Federation Training
This week, Benji, Cristian and Ainara Sánchez, along with Yanira Sánchez as a sparring partner, are attending a technical training camp called by the Andalusian federation. Furthermore, starting from Wednesday, March 27, Cristian Sánchez will compete in the Spanish School Age Championship with the Andalusian team, accompanied by his coach and uncle, Dani Sánchez from the Marbella club.
