Countdown to the Patron Saint Festivities
With less than a month to go before the start of the patron saint festivities, preparations are well underway. The selection of the poster, as has been the case in recent years, was carried out in two stages to finalize the image that will announce the Marbella Fair 2024.
Over a Thousand Participants in the Poster Competition
More than a thousand participants submitted their works for the competition. A professional jury made an initial selection of five works. Subsequently, an online vote was held between April 22 and 26 among these finalists.
Malaga Artist Juan Francisco Espinosa Wins the Competition
The winner of the competition was Malaga artist Juan Francisco Espinosa. He expressed his pride this morning, stating that it is an honor for his work to represent the Marbella Fair, a city with significant international standing. He added that his mural, featuring a flamenco dancer with her daughter in a downtown street, aims to convey light and movement along with the symbols of the town.
