Family Photo in San Pedro Alcántara Following Event with PSOE Executives
A family photo was taken in San Pedro Alcántara following an event with two executives from the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE) in the municipality. The local PSOE introduced the new executives of the Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara branches this Friday, which were renewed some time ago.
Presence of General Secretary at the Event
The event was attended by the General Secretary in Andalusia, Juan Espadas, who expressed his support to “continue working for the people and regain the mayor’s office”. Following the renewal process of the PSOE leadership in both Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara, the presentation was held this afternoon with the backing of the regional executive.
Support from Local and Regional Leaders
Accompanying the socialists of the municipality were Juan Espadas and the General Secretary of Malaga, Daniel Pérez. On the local side, the spokesperson of the municipal group and deputy, Isabel Pérez, the General Secretary of Marbella, José Bernal, and that of San Pedro, Enrique Ruiz, along with the rest of the members of the executives.
Commitment to the Citizens
Espadas expressed his support to “continue working for the people and regain the mayor’s office, we are very committed to the citizens”. He highlighted the work that has been done in the municipality “to turn the problems that people bring to us into initiatives and solutions”. He also praised the management of Pepe Bernal as mayor of Marbella, “having the honor of leading the city council and assuming a responsibility that was carried out in an exemplary manner” between 2015 and 2017.
PSOE’s Commitment to Marbella and San Pedro
Daniel Pérez stated that “the PSOE has a firm commitment to Marbella and San Pedro to work for its residents”. He emphasized the “honest work” that the PSOE carried out at the head of the mayor’s office “with Pepe Bernal as mayor” and added that this mandate will be of “claim not only for citizens to have affordable housing but to change Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara”.
Unity and Strength of the Socialists
Finally, Isabel Pérez highlighted that “the socialists of Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara are united, since the last municipal elections we have had time to regroup and here we are with strength”. She concluded by stating that their policies are focused on serving the people, expanding rights and continuing to recognize the problems that citizens have in order to provide solutions.
