Marbella FC had to respond to the criticism on social media regarding the distribution of tickets for Sunday’s match in Getafe. Eventually, the club officially confirmed what was becoming an open secret – the tickets, priced at 20 euros, will be distributed among the fan clubs and the cheering section. Therefore, any other season ticket holder or general fan who wants to attend and does not belong to these groups will not be able to do so.

Marbella FC did not clarify how many tickets were sent from Getafe, but reiterated that it is a “limited number”, implying that there aren’t many. “Given the reduced capacity of Getafe CF’s sports city, we regret to inform that it will not be possible to satisfy all the ticket requests received,” the club stated in a press release.
