New Urban Information and Advisory Office in Marbella

The Marbella City Council has opened a new urban information and advisory office. Although it has been operational since last November, it was not officially announced until today. The office is currently handling an average of 250 inquiries per day, both in-person and remotely via phone and online, according to data provided by the government team.

Mayor Visits New Service

Mayor Ángeles Muñoz visited the new service today, which is staffed by four technicians and three administrators. She highlighted that since its launch, the office’s capacity to respond to citizens has tripled. She emphasized that this is a municipal area with a particularly high workload due to the dynamism and economic activity of a city like Marbella, which is also immersed in the processing of its new urban planning.

New Service Location and Contact Information

The new service is located at the delegation headquarters, on Alonso de Bazán Street, 1. It is open to the public from 9 am to 2 pm. For non-face-to-face communication, the office can be reached at 952761676 or via email at [email protected] Users can use this new service to ask questions about land classification, property status, urban regulations, or the status of license processing, among other things.

Mayor Reminds of Recent Approval of New Urban Planning Plan

The mayor reminded the public of the recent approval of the advance of the new Urban Planning Plan (POU), which is currently on public display. Interested parties can make their inquiries and submit suggestions as part of a broad participation process that will continue in the coming months.
