Rotary Club Marbella/Guadalmina Visits Estepona Afesol Branch
The Estepona branch of Afesol (Association of Relatives and People with Mental Illness of the Costa del Sol) was graced by a visit from the Rotary Club Marbella/Guadalmina this week. The visit was marked by the unveiling of a plaque in recognition of the Rotary Club’s support for the charity.
Estepona Afesol Event Attracts Notable Figures
The event saw the attendance of several prominent figures. Among them were Martin Nathan, President of the Rotary Club Marbella-Guadalmina, and members of the projects team. Francisco Cristian Gonzalez Cuevas, the President of Afesol, and Lorenzo Guerra, head of social services at Estepona town hall, were also present.
Rotary Club Presents Afesol with Donation
The event also served as an opportunity for the Rotary Club to present Afesol with a cheque for 3,000 euros. The funds were raised during the recent President’s Cup Golf Tournament, an event the Rotary Club has been supporting for several years.
