Qatari Princess’s Boyfriend Claims Phone Hacking After Her Suspicious Death

The boyfriend of a Qatari princess, who was found dead under suspicious circumstances on the Costa del Sol, alleges that his phone was hacked just days after her body was discovered. Bruce Baps, a Marbella businessman, also stated that Kasia Gallanio, 45, had been living in fear for her life in recent months. Baps, originally from Paris, is adamant that Gallanio did not commit suicide and has voiced his suspicions about her ex-partner’s involvement in her death.

Gallanio’s High-Profile Life and Custody Battle

Gallanio, a well-known influencer with 500,000 followers, was embroiled in a bitter custody battle with her former husband, Abdelaziz bin Khalifa Al Thani, 73, who is the uncle of the current Emir of Qatar. Baps, a nightclub manager, is convinced of foul play in Gallanio’s death. He revealed that his phone was hacked shortly after Gallanio’s death, and his social media accounts were also compromised.

Baps Insists Gallanio Was Murdered

Baps insists that Gallanio was murdered, stating that videos from his phone were stolen and others were deleted. He believes that the culprits have significant power and can manipulate the situation to their advantage. However, he has refrained from commenting further until the official post mortem results are released. He is scheduled to speak to the police about the matter.

Gallanio’s New Business Venture and Personal Life

Baps described Gallanio as the most beautiful person in the world and expressed his disbelief that she would take her own life, especially as she was starting a new wine business. He shared that Gallanio was excited about her new venture, which involved making her own wine from local Spanish vineyards. However, she had grown increasingly concerned for the safety of her youngest daughter, who had stopped visiting her in Marbella.

Robbery at Gallanio’s Luxury Apartment

Gallanio’s fears escalated when she was robbed of 50 luxury handbags and physically assaulted during a robbery at her luxury apartment in Puerto Banus. Baps criticized her ex-husband for not providing adequate security for Gallanio and their children, given his wealth and status.

Gallanio’s Troubled Life in Paris

Baps revealed that Gallanio felt like she was living in a prison while residing in Paris with her ex-husband. She was deeply affected by the death of one of her best friends from cancer and the ongoing court case against her ex-husband had a significant impact on her mental health. The robbery at her Marbella home brought back memories of the mistreatment she endured from her ex-husband.

Reports of Gallanio’s Cause of Death

Spanish reports suggest that Gallanio may have died from an overdose of medication combined with alcohol on May 31. Various packages of drugs were found at her home in the exclusive Playas del Duque complex, in Puerto Banus marina. Further studies are being conducted at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Malaga and the Toxicology Institute of Sevilla to determine the cause of her death.

Gallanio’s High-Profile Connections

Gallanio, who grew up in Los Angeles, married her Qatari prince after he wooed her while she was a student in Paris. They divorced in 2007 after having three daughters together. Known as ‘la Sheiquesa’ in Marbella due to her royal connections, Gallanio was friends with celebrities such as Antonio Banderas, Celine Dion, and Karl Lagerfeld.
