Unveiling of the 2024 Holy Week Poster in San Pedro Alcántara
The author of the 2024 Holy Week poster in San Pedro Alcántara (left) has been revealed. As is customary, the unveiling coincided with Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent. The poster, a photographic work by Sergio Bull, features an image of the Nazarene and was chosen through a competition.
Church Filled for Ash Wednesday Eucharist
The church of San Pedro Alcántara was filled this Wednesday for the Eucharist and subsequent imposition of ashes. A minute of silence was also observed in memory of Juan José Calvente, a throne man who died in a traffic accident.
Introduction of the 2024 Holy Week Poster
Following the service, the 2024 Holy Week poster was introduced. The Holy Week will take place in the last week of March, from the 24th to the 31st. The author of the poster is photographer Sergio Bull, whose work was selected in a competition held for the second consecutive year.

Only One Brotherhood in San Pedro Alcántara
In San Pedro Alcántara, there is only one brotherhood, that of Our Father Jesus Nazarene and Most Holy Mary of Solitude, which is responsible for all the Holy Week processions. Last year, it inaugurated its new Board of Directors with the new Brother Major Francisco Javier Hernández García.
