The fourth installment of UNIDOS, a prestigious event that gathers the crème de la crème of chefs from Malaga province, is set to take place on Sunday, 7th July. The event will be hosted at the Muelle de Honor of Cívitas Puerto Banús, the most luxurious part of the Marbella marina, under the moonlight and against the backdrop of magnificent yachts moored in the harbor.
Michelin Star Chefs to Showcase Culinary Excellence
The gastronomic event will feature six renowned chefs, collectively boasting seven Michelin stars. These include Benito Gómez from Bardal in Ronda, Mario Cachinero from Skina in Marbella, José Carlos García from José Carlos García Restaurante in Malaga, Mauricio Giovanini from Messina in Marbella, Diego Gallegos from Sollo in Fuengirola, and Diego del Río from Marbella’s Boho Club. They have crafted a unique tasting menu for the dinner, focusing on locally sourced ingredients.
UNIDOS: A Feast for the Senses
UNIDOS promises to be a grand affair, with over 300 guests expected to attend. The event will be set in an extraordinary ambiance, with entertainment provided by flamenco singer José Mercé, who will bring his globally acclaimed flamenco flair to the occasion. The tasting menu will feature an appetizer and a dish from each chef, including local delicacies and innovative creations.
