Marbella town hall has sanctioned and approved a building permit for the construction of 97 high-end residences in San Pedro Alcántara, with a total value of 21.7 million euros. The announcement was made by Félix Romero, the council spokesperson, and José Eduardo Díaz, the councillor for urban planning. They emphasized the significant impact this project will have on the town’s urban development. The real estate project is being undertaken by ABU Constitución SL and is situated in the southern part of the San Pedro Alcántara expansion area.
