The Starlite Occident Festival has announced the commencement of its staff selection process for this year’s event, marking the thirteenth edition of the festival. The first step is registration, followed by interviews starting from May 7th. As is customary every summer, a variety of job positions will be filled.

The thirteenth edition of the Starlite Occident Festival in Marbella is already gearing up. With a nearly finalized lineup, the staff selection process for this summer is now underway. As usual, the registration process begins through the designated website.
Jobandtalent Platform to Facilitate Interview Process
Following registration, candidates will be interviewed in person through the employment platform Jobandtalent. These interviews will take place from Tuesday, May 7th to Thursday, May 9th, as is customary at the Marbella Congress Palace.
Festival to Hire Over 1,000 Staff for This Year’s Event
According to the festival, over 1,000 people will be hired for this year’s event, a figure similar to the previous year. Job positions in logistics, catering, ticketing, security, hospitality, commercial area, lounge, and entertainment will be filled. These include various professional offers with different roles such as: ticket sellers, ushers, area and bar managers, waiters, tray carriers, runners, reservation staff, hostesses, administrative staff, maintenance personnel, security guards, drivers, parking assistants, logistics coordinators, office staff, cooks, kitchen assistants, store managers, salespeople, and dancers, among others.
Local Employment and High Retention Rate at the Festival
According to the organization, with contracts lasting up to five months and over 90% of staff being local, the festival has a 70% employee retention rate.
