Gas Explosion at Rio Real Beach Injures Three
A gas explosion at a campsite on Rio Real beach in Marbella has resulted in injuries to three people. The incident occurred on Sunday, July 23. The 112 Andalucía Emergency service received a distress call around 3 p.m., requesting immediate medical assistance for two men and a woman who were injured in the explosion.
Emergency Services Swiftly Respond to the Incident
Upon receiving the distress call, the Emergency Health Services (061), Local Police, and Beach Services were quickly mobilized. They arrived promptly at the scene to provide necessary assistance. The two men who were injured managed to transport themselves to the Costa del Sol Hospital. The woman, however, had to be evacuated by an ambulance from the Beach Services due to burns on her legs.
