Two Women Arrested Following Nightclub Brawl in Marbella
On March 7, two women, aged 30 and 31, were apprehended in Marbella following an alleged assault at a local nightclub around 3am. The incident involved one woman reportedly attacking the other, resulting in a facial injury caused by a glass.
Victim Arrested for Non-compliance with Police
The victim was also taken into custody for her refusal to comply with the investigating officers’ request for identification. The nightclub’s security chief reported the altercation between the two women to emergency services on the night of the incident.
Emergency Services Respond to Nightclub Incident
Upon receiving the report, the National Police dispatched the 061 emergency ambulance service after observing that one of the women was bleeding. The paramedics provided immediate medical attention to the injured woman and transported her to the Hospital Costa del Sol.
Victim Transferred to Malaga City Hospital for Specialized Care
At the Hospital Costa del Sol, the victim received stitches for her injuries before being transferred to a hospital in Malaga city. There, she was examined by a specialist to ensure she received the necessary care.
Alleged Assailant Handed Over to Judicial Authority
The woman accused of the assault was taken to the police headquarters where she was handed over to the appropriate judicial authority for further investigation and potential charges.
Undocumented Injured Woman Faces Additional Charges
However, the injured woman also faced legal trouble as she was undocumented and allegedly refused to comply with the officers’ orders. The police reported her for these additional offenses, adding to the complexity of the case.
