New Storm Named Louis to Bring Polar Air Mass to Spain
The storm, named Louis, will bring a polar air mass to Spain, resulting in a significant drop in temperatures and snowfall. On the Costa del Sol, two days of yellow alerts have been announced, according to AEMET’s forecast.
Wind Warning and Coastal Phenomena Alert
A wind warning will be in effect from 6:00 PM on Thursday until 4:00 PM on Friday. Gusts could reach up to 70 kilometers per hour. The alert for coastal phenomena will be activated at 6:00 PM on Thursday until 12:00 PM on Friday. West and northwest winds of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour (force 7) are expected. Waves could reach two to three meters.
No Weather Warnings Expected for Saturday
According to the current forecast, no weather warnings are expected for Saturday. As for rainfall, Marbella could see some rain on Thursday afternoon.
