Second International Yoga Festival to be Held in Marbella
The Cívitas Puerto Banús in Marbella is set to host its second International Yoga Festival. The event, which will run from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 April, promises to be a gathering of yoga enthusiasts from all over the world.
Spain’s Leading Yoga Instructors to Grace the Event
This year’s festival will feature Xuan Lan, one of Spain’s top yoga instructors, founder of XLY Studio, and author of Mi Diario de Yoga (My Yoga Diary) and Yoga para Mi Bienestar (Yoga for my Wellbeing). Fermín Suárez, founder of Fermín Suárez Yoga School & MIND, will also be present. Suárez is a nationally and internationally accredited yoga instructor. Other globally recognized yoga instructors such as Lucía Liencres, Lourdes Vidal, Tomás Tealdi, Gabi Mastragostino and Deborah Niccolini will also be in attendance.
Over 30 Sessions to be Delivered by Experts
Over the course of the three-day festival, these experts will conduct more than 30 sessions. These sessions will cater to all levels and will include yoga classes in both English and Spanish, guided meditations, specialized workshops, live music and sound baths.
Eco-friendly Market and Free Access for Children
In addition to the yoga sessions, there will be a market where attendees can purchase eco-friendly products. The festival is also child-friendly, with free access for those under the age of 12.
International Yoga Festival: A Brief History and Future Expectations
The International Yoga Festival was first held in 2023, attracting more than 5,000 yoga enthusiasts. The festival celebrates the millennia-long discipline that originated in India, uniting mind, body, and spirit. This year, the festival hopes to attract more than 8,000 yoga enthusiasts.
