National Police in Marbella Arrests Man for Alleged Sexual Assault
The National Police in Marbella have arrested a man on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman who was his tenant. The authorities are also investigating whether any form of chemical submission was involved in the incident.
Victim Reports Incident to Local Police
The victim reported the incident to the Local Police, who activated the protocol for such cases and transported her to the Costa del Sol Hospital. The alleged sexual assault reportedly took place on Monday, March 11, with the suspect being apprehended by the National Police.
Relationship Between Victim and Assailant
According to sources, the relationship between the victim and the assailant was that of a tenant and landlord. The woman reported the incident to the Local Police, who activated the protocol and transported her to the hospital for a medical examination and necessary tests.
Investigation into Possible Chemical Submission
Authorities are awaiting results to determine if any form of chemical submission was involved in the incident. This is the second report of sexual assault in Marbella in the month of March.
Previous Sexual Assault Case in Marbella
Last Friday, news broke of the arrest of five individuals for an alleged gang rape committed in a city hotel. The arrested individuals, aged between 19 and 32, and of German and Albanian-Kosovar nationalities, were released after appearing in court at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
