Dolce&Gabbana Promotes Luxury Housing in Marbella
Dolce&Gabbana, in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates, is promoting luxury housing in Marbella. The project, named Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella, was introduced last September and is the first residential project by the renowned Italian fashion house in Europe. The project is still under construction, but initial sales have already reached 250 million euros.
Exclusive Units for VIP Clients
The joint project is specifically focusing on a certain number of units, primarily intended for the most exclusive and VIP clients. The project has recently updated its sales since the official announcement of the collaboration between the two companies. Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will host a carefully curated collection of luxury residences built in an innovative complex, equipped with spacious spaces dedicated to fashion, art, leisure, and gastronomy.
Located in Marbella’s Golden Mile
The project will be located in the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella, one of the residential areas that best represent the international interest that major projects and luxury brands have placed in the Costa del Sol. The project is now entering a new commercial stage with the start of marketing the Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella homes to a much broader base of buyers who, until now, have not had the opportunity to access the project’s prices, which start from 4 million euros.
CEO of Sierra Blanca Estates Comments on the Project
Carlos Rodríguez, CEO of Sierra Blanca Estates, commented on the initial interest and anticipation in the project, as well as the volume of sales achieved during these first months, stating it has been extraordinary. He added that he is confident that this will double in the coming months and that the project, once completed, will completely change the Golden Mile of Marbella.
Dolce&Gabbana’s First Real Estate Venture
This is Dolce&Gabbana’s first real estate venture, and the creative team led by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, founders of the brand, are fully dedicated to it. Carlos Rodríguez affirmed that the communication between the Sierra Blanca Estates team and the Dolce&Gabbana team, with both designers at the helm, is continuous and close.
Project Completion Targeted for 2026
With the goal set for 2026 as the project’s completion year, Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana has already begun its journey, starting the first land adaptation works on the plot at the end of 2023. The land, over 90,000m2 and a longitudinal extension of 500 meters along a hill with an average elevation of 40 meters above sea level, will host the future residential complex.
Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella Complex
The Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella complex will consist of five buildings (named Venezia, Palermo, Firenze, Como, and Napoli) surrounded by numerous landscaped areas and outdoor infinity pools. All project homes will have an area between 280 and 900m2 with up to five bedrooms and will be fully furnished with exclusive creations from Dolce&Gabbana Casa.
Exclusive Features and Amenities
Some of the main features of these luxury apartments will be master bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms with sea views. In addition, most residences will have access to private or semi-private elevators. Residents will also become members of the private club where the hospitality team will develop an exclusive range of services in multiple facilities such as a cinema room, bar and cocktail area, wine cellar and cigar cave, private meeting and conference rooms equipped with screens, library area, and multipurpose rooms for hosting private celebrations and events.
