The fire was successfully extinguished without spreading to adjacent apartments.

Emergency Services Respond to Fire Alert

According to the Andalusia Emergency 112 service, multiple calls were received at 00:40 hours, alerting them to the ongoing fire. The fire was located on the fifth floor of an uninhabited building on Las Albarizas Avenue, in the neighborhood of the same name in Marbella, near the health center. National and Local Police, as well as 061 medical personnel, were dispatched from the central station.

Firefighters and Equipment Deployed to the Scene

The City Council reported that a total of eleven firefighters responded to the scene, eight from the Marbella fire station and three from San Pedro Alcántara. The equipment used included a heavy and a light urban pump, a 30-meter ladder, and a rural support pump from the San Pedro park.
