The Real Hospital of Mercy will host artists Maria Rodés, The New Raemon, and Alberto Montero, along with poet Alejandro Simón Partal. They will share songs and readings in a new edition of the ‘Veiled Songs’ cycle, organized by the Marbella City Council through the Department of Culture.
Event Details and Schedule
The general director, Carmen Díaz, explained during today’s presentation that the event will take place on Saturdays, February 24, March 16, and April 6, at 8:00 PM. She emphasized that the participants will provide the audience with a unique and highly creative experience, as they themselves will enter a different dimension from their usual concerts, given the intimate and close-knit format of this activity.
The Importance of Words and Music
“This is a cycle where the word plays a fundamental role and where we seek those relationships between the song, the poem, and the music,” highlighted the municipal representative. She further elaborated that they always look for musicians with special characteristics, within an initiative coordinated by the poet Alejandro Simón Partal, which receives a great reception from the public in each edition.
