Boho Club Resort in Marbella Shortlisted for ‘Best Hotel Breakfast’ at Madrid Fusión 2025

The prestigious five-star Boho Club resort in Marbella has been named as one of the finalists for the ‘Best Hotel Breakfast’ award at the upcoming Madrid Fusión 2025. This follows the success of Malaga’s Finca Cortesin in Casares, which clinched the award last year, thanks to the culinary expertise of chef Lutz Bösing. The jury lauded it as a premier breakfast destination in Spain, set amidst a garden of century-old olive trees.

Costa del Sol Once Again in the Running for Esteemed Award

The Costa del Sol is once again in the spotlight as a finalist for this coveted award. The award is organized by Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España and Supra Café, with the objective of acknowledging the efforts of Spanish hotels in delivering an exceptional first meal of the day. Over several months, a dedicated team has visited numerous Spanish hotels to select the eight nominees in two categories: boutique hotels and chain hotels. The winners will be unveiled at Madrid Fusión on 27, 28 and 29 January 2025.

Boho Club: A Five-Star Luxury Resort Offering Exquisite Breakfasts

Boho Club, a five-star resort nestled in the Lomas de Río Verde area of Marbella, is renowned for its breakfasts. Under the guidance of chef Diego del Río, the resort offers a buffet breakfast – priced at 35 euros and open to non-residents – that includes a selection of speciality coffees, fresh juices, smoothies, honey, fruit bowls, yoghurts and granolas, a variety of Iberian meats and cheeses, selected pastries, pancakes and cereals. The price also includes a choice of gourmet dishes such as eggs Benedict or eggs a la royal with smoked salmon.

Boho Club to Compete with Seven Other Establishments Across Spain

Boho Club will be competing with seven other establishments from across Spain: Hotel César (Lanzarote), Casa Cacao (Girona), Hotel Cañitas Maite, Casa Ibáñez (Albacete) and Hotel Eunice in Salamanca. In the chain hotels category, Hotel Ercilla in Bilbao, Hotel Villa Cortés in Arona (Tenerife) and Hotel Urban in Madrid will be vying for the award.
