Marbella Announces Annual Job Fair Dates with 2,000 Positions Available
Marbella has revealed the schedule for its yearly job fair, where approximately 2,000 job opportunities will be on offer. The event is set to take place on 16th January 2025, from 9am to 6pm, at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones Adolfo Suarez. It is anticipated that 140 companies will be in attendance.
Job Fair Aims to Connect Unemployed with Potential Employers
The primary objective of the job fair is to simplify the job search process for the unemployed and to assist human resources departments in staff selection, according to Alejandro Freijo, the sector’s adviser. Freijo highlighted that the event will have a special emphasis on the new technologies and artificial intelligence sector, given its crucial role in diversifying the economy.
Tourism and Security Forces to Have Significant Presence
The tourism sector and the security forces will be notably represented at the job fair, along with various groups and institutions. Freijo added that the event is expected to attract around 5,000 attendees. He noted that the event is being organized earlier in the year to cater to the tourism sector, which requires staff throughout the year due to Costa del Sol’s status as a year-round destination.

The event will also facilitate networking opportunities and feature a program of talks and conferences with speakers from different fields.
