Arrest Made in Marbella as Police Seize Car with Hidden Weapons
In a recent turn of events, a man was apprehended by the National Police after they discovered a car loaded with ‘weapons of war’ concealed in its boot in Marbella. The vehicle, which was found parked and seemingly abandoned by the roadside, sparked the interest of a patrolling unit.
Discrepancy in Vehicle Identification Leads to Shocking Discovery
Upon closer inspection, officers noticed a mismatch between the car’s registration plate and its vehicle identification number. This led them to further investigate the vehicle, eventually leading to the identification of the driver – a 23-year-old French national.
Cache of Firearms and Drugs Found in Car Boot
The officers’ search yielded three long firearms, ammunition, and several hashish tablets, all cunningly hidden in the spare wheel compartment in the boot of the car. The man’s identification was also found within the vehicle, leading to his immediate arrest.
