Lady Moura Megayacht Spotted off the Coast of Marbella
The Lady Moura, a 105-meter-long megayacht considered one of the most luxurious in the world, has been sighted in the Bay of Marbella. Its presence was visible from the promenade. Last year, during the month of April, it was also seen on the coast of the municipality. The yacht has been touring various points of the Balearic Islands.
Megayacht Season Begins in Marbella
The megayacht season in Marbella has begun. Although there is no docking site for these massive vessels, they still visit the city, anchoring off the coast and coming ashore via tenders. The Lady Moura, one of the largest and most luxurious vessels in the world, has been visible from the promenade in recent days.
Lady Moura’s Frequent Visits to Marbella
The Lady Moura, a regular visitor to Marbella in recent years, arrived after spending a season at various points in the Balearic Islands. The yacht is owned by Mexican businessman Ricardo Salinas Pliego, who reportedly paid around 125 million euros in 2021 to buy it from Saudi magnate Nasser Al Rashid.
Features of the Luxurious Lady Moura
Built in 1990, the Lady Moura has space for 27 guests in its 15 suites and has a crew of 71 people. A testament to its luxury is the 24-karat gold letters on its sides, identifying its name from a distance. It features a helipad with a helicopter worth over 10 million euros, clearly visible on the upper part. The megayacht is said to have a cinema, operating room, disco, and gym, among other amenities.
Lady Moura’s Journey from Marbella to Seville
In 2022, the Lady Moura moved from Marbella to Seville so its owners could attend Holy Week.
