British Man Dies in Marbella After Consuming Lethal Drug Cocktail
In a shocking incident, a 32-year-old British man lost his life in Marbella, Spain, after consuming a lethal mix of drugs during a ‘chemsex’ party. The man, whose identity remains undisclosed, tested positive for eight different narcotic substances. These included MDA, MDMA, amphetamines, methamphetamine, cocaine, GHB, sildenafil, and diazepam. The tragic event unfolded during a drug-fuelled orgy on the Costa del Sol.
Chemsex Party Turns Fatal
The deceased had travelled to Marbella for a weekend getaway with three acquaintances he had met through an online app. The group indulged in a weekend of ‘chemsex’, a form of sexual activity under the influence of drugs. This practice is popular among gay and bisexual men and often results in prolonged sex sessions that can last for hours or even days. ‘Chemsex’ parties are notorious for high levels of drug consumption. The man was found dead after he had excused himself to rest.
Deadly Levels of GHB Found in Victim’s Bloodstream
A toxicology report revealed a fatal amount of GHB in the man’s bloodstream. GHB, also known as ‘liquid ecstasy’, is a paint solvent used on boats that can also be consumed as a synthetic drug. The victim had a GHB level of 427 milligrams in his blood, which is over three times the level considered lethal.
Health Authorities Warn Against Dangers of Chemsex Parties
Health authorities have been cautioning about the dangers of ‘chemsex’ parties for years. These orgies not only increase the risk of death or severe injury but are also associated with the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and dangerous psychotic episodes. The recent incident in Marbella serves as a grim reminder of the potential consequences of such reckless behavior.
